This page explains how to frame a correction request so it can be assessed without a private channel. If you believe an article contains a factual error, identify the article by its slug, title and the sentence or paragraph in question. Quote the exact wording so there is no ambiguity. Then state what you believe is incorrect and what evidence supports your view. Useful evidence includes a named published source, a technical standard, a manufacturer document, or a clear account of direct observation with the conditions described. Please note the date of your observation and the location or climate if that is relevant. Suggestions for new topics are read but cannot be acknowledged individually. Because the publication has no dedicated inbox, send corrections through the same public or professional route by which you found the article, addressed to the editorial desk. Do not send personal data, site addresses or photographs of private property. If a correction is accepted, the article will be amended and a short note added.
